in 2021 i returned to massage after years of exploring other passions. as well as offering bodywork sessions, i also began collaborating with wellness practitioners on retreats, workshops and events. "taking care with sher" has become the place where i create, connect, and share in the world of wellness.
mindful wine tasting
in 2019 i started "share the wine, please" - an approachable and education focused wine tasting experience. when i made the shift from hospitality to wellness, i began offering mindful wine tastings. these days, i am happy to share my love of the wine world through consultations, private tastings, events, and retreats.
